There are different answers to this question depending on whether you intend to use BER/DER or PER/UPER.
If you are using BER/DER, then try specifying the -noUniquePDU command-line option when ASN.1-compiling your syntax.
If you are using PER/UPER, you must specify the -per or -uper compiler option. Keep in mind that because your syntax does not contain unique PDUs, you must always pass a non-zero PDU number in the second parameter to ossDecode(). Otherwise, the decoder will not be able to determine which ASN.1 type/value (PDU) you are trying to decode.
