I am having problems using the time-optimized static library, toedcomd.lib. What might be wrong?

If you are using the VC++ compiler /MD option and link with the time-optimized (TOED) static library toedcomd.lib, the macro ONE_DLL must be #defined when you C-compile the ASN.1 compiler generated .c and .h files.

Also, make sure that the _WINDOWS macro is not #defined in your VC++ project. This macro is sometimes #defined automatically when you create a VC++ project in Visual Studio. It is done for backward compatibility with the 16-bit Windows 3.1x and you do not need it in 32-bit Windows.
