How can I encode/decode concatenated PDUs to or from a file?

Here is an example that illustrates how you can do it. The project creates a console executable that writes a given number of concatenated PDUs to a file and then decodes them from it. This examples requires that you link with the OSS file or socket memory manager, ossfmgmt.obj/osssmgmt.obj, along with the /MT static library, soeddefa.lib. Make sure to use the /MT C-compiler option.

If you target an operating system other than Windows or UNIX, you can also use either of these zip files and discard the Windows- or UNIX-specific files.
